Dehydration TI

TI is a dehydrating agent single functional group, a high response, low viscosityisocyanate, which reacts with water, inert amide by the reaction, TI system can eliminate a very small amount of water, which resolved polyurethane paint, adhesivepreparation problems caused due to moisture.

Technical performance:
In the polyurethane paint, adhesive preparation process as a solvent, filler, paint and asphalt tar and other dehydrating agent, it reacts with water to produce carbon dioxide and toluene sulfonamide, which is generally not with the alkyl isocyanate andaryl isocyanates reaction, and soluble in common solvents. In addition, it will notcause system yellowing phenomenon. Polyurethane paint used by TI, the system due to moisture loss caused by light yellow foam change and reaction phenomena are to be reduced.
TI also with other compounds containing active hydrogen atoms, such as: alcohols,phenol, amide and amine compounds such reactions.

Application:
TI as solvents, fillers, pigments and other dehydrating agent and effectively used intraditional wet-curing single-component and two-component polyurethane paintsystems, adhesives. In addition, TI can be used as a stabilizer leaving the purification of double-isocyanate in order to prevent its deterioration or discoloration.

Addition:
Wet-curing one-component packaging as stabilizers, TI should be added before the finished canned, to be completely degassed before the cans. In the traditional two-component polyurethane paint system, the first filler and pigment dispersed in thesolvent and dehydrated with TI, TI's recommended dosage is 0.5-4% of the wholeformula (valid in 0.05-0.3% of humidity) . In order to ensure complete degassing effect of dehydration, alcohol and isocyanate should be together 24 hours later to join. Large amounts of TI will react with the polyol, therefore, requires precise humidity according to the system to calculate the required amount of TI's adding to the best action effect.Solvent for the 1G off the water, in theory, require 12G of TI, however, proved too much better TI, which combined with water to 24G 1G of TI's better, this solvent afterseveral hours of processing time can be used.

Safety Instructions:
This product has a high reactivity, which is required in the application and operatingspecial care. This product with water, alcohols, amines, strong acids and bases such as rapid response, and thus not the product of such substances into the container.With one gram of carbon dioxide, water reaction, the gas is 1.3 liters. Such as waterinto the container, in a very short time a large number of gas generation, will cause the container, not even closed containers to burst.

Storage:
This product is very sensitive to moisture should be sealed, original containers, drystorage, storage specification, this product from the delivery period of at least six months of shelf life.
